35 year old Estevan man arrested for mischief

Last night members of the Estevan Police Service executed a search warrant on the north end of the city. A 35 year old Estevan man was arrested for mischief and breaching conditions of his probation order.

On January 5, a 35 year old Estevan man, Brady Elliott, was arrested for mischief and breaching conditions of his probation order. Elliott is facing nine (9) charges of mischief under $5000 dollars and one (1) charge of breaching conditions of a probation order and will appear in Provincial Court in March to answer to the charges.

Estevan Police were able to seize several exhibits relating to ongoing graffiti (spray paint) incidents that have been happening in the City and surrounding rural area.

At this time Brady Elliott is facing nine (9) charges of mischief under $5000 dollars and one (1) charge of breaching conditions of a probation order.

These charges stem from mischief’s that have occurred over the last 4 days. Police are still investigating all the incidents from late September to now as it is believed the majority of them are connected. Further charges are being considered.

Estevan Police want to thank the public for their assistance in providing information which assisted in leading to the arrest.

The male was released later in the night on an Undertaking with conditions. He will appear in Estevan court on March 8, 2021.
