President / Treasurer

Emily Mac Neill,

To share a bit about myself; I was born and raised in th city of Owen Sound, Ontario. It is a city similar in size to the City of Yorkton but its located on Lake Huron, in a harbor along Georgian Bay inside of a valley close to the Niagara Escarpment. My hometown rivaled Bredenbury for many years in the annual national Christmas Lights contest! In High School I played Rugby and was heavily involved in Drama.

I came to this area with my fiancé a few years ago and completed Tourism Saskatchewan's Tourism and Hospitality Program at Parkland College in Yorkton. Currently I am the program director for Melville's Rock Station; The Buzz. (www.TheBuzzRocks.ca) and I currently host the Morning Drive slot Monday to Friday.

Last season I was the Media Director for the Balcarres Broncs Junior Hockey Club of the Qu'appelle Valley Junior Hockey League.

I will enjoy my time as club President/Treasurer of the Bredenbury Tundra Hockey because I enjoy providing competitive team environments for youth in the region, which is something I feel is very important.

Whether you are a hockey player, volunteer or fan you can find a spot with the Bredenbury Tundra Hockey Team. I am very thankful that the town of Bredenbury has opened the doors to the arena & the community for this new junior hockey club  and I look forward to a fantastic inaugural QVJHL season!

Go Tundra Go!
