Parkland College recently accepted a donatio of a new fire truck from the CO-OP refinery complex in Regina. The truck will be added to the college's fleet and used in training exercises at the college's emergency services training site located near Melville Airport east of the city.
Parkland College offers the only full-time professional firefighter program in Saskatchewan, but we also work extensively with companies like the Co-op Refinery, providing industrial firefighting courses and hands-on skills upgrading for industrial fire brigades.
