Melville plans for Canada's 149th Birthday

Melville has big plans for Canada day 2016. Head on down to Centennial Park on Friday July 1, 2016, festivitees will be mainly located downtown Melville east of the Legion Manor, there will be cake, bingo, live entertainment, games, a spray park, concession, bouncers and much more.

There will also be free swimming at the public pool from 12pm to 3pm located on Prince Edward St across from St. Henry's Sr.

Roads will be closed so fireworks and a outdoor movie can take place, closures will occur on 10th & 11th ave from Main Street to King Street plus 12th Ave from Main Street to Prince Edward St.
