MMHA Registration Night

Save yourself a trip and register your kids for hockey online. Please register online by September 14, 2016

If you prefer to pay via cash or cheque or need to make alternative payment arrangements, please attend our Annual Registration Night. It will be on Wednesday September 14, 2016 from 6:30-7:30pm at the MCC.

You can now print off and complete MMHA Registration Forms prior to attending our registration night next Wednesday. The new registration form can be found on our website (www.moosominrangers.ca) under FORMS. If you cannot make it to registration night, please print out and complete the form (and waiver) and mail to:

MMHA Box 1729 Moosomin, AK S0G 3N0 (please ensure you send fees as well)

or you can contact Kate Glass at moosominminorhockey@hotmail.com for alternative pickup/drop off arrangements.

(As we do not want to chase people for fees, please do not e-mail registration forms unless arrangements have been made)
