Colmex Pro, BinaryBook, and RBinary Limited are not registered to trade in securities or derivatives

The Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority of Saskatchewan (FCAA) issued Temporary Cease Trade Orders against Colmex Pro Limited, BinaryBook, and RBinary Limited for operating unregistered online trading platforms and soliciting Saskatchewan residents by phone to purchase binary options.

Colmex Pro Limited states that it is a regulated financial services company based out of Limasol, Cyprus. It appears to be facilitating the trading of stocks, FOREX (www.fcaa.gov.sk.ca/investmentfraud), contracts for difference, and binary options on its online trading platform. Its trading platform is located at www.colmexpro.com.
BinaryBook runs its binary options trading platform on www.binarybook.com. RBinary’s website located at www.rbinary.com purports to facilitate the trading of stocks, FOREX, contracts for difference, commodities, and binary options. Colmex Pro, BinaryBook, and RBinary Limited are not registered to trade in securities or derivatives in Saskatchewan.
The BC Securities Commission issued Investment Cautions against BinaryBook (www.bcsc.bc.ca/Enforcement/Investment_Caution_List/BinaryBook,_owned_and_operated_by_Tech_SB_Ltd_/) and www.binarybook.com, as well as RBinary (www.bcsc.bc.ca/Enforcement/Investment_Caution_List/RBinary_Limited/) and www.rbinary.com.
The Aguilla Financial Services Commission (http://www.fsc.org.ai/documents/Publications/Investor%20Alerts/Investor%20Alert%20-%20RBinary%20Limited.pdf) also issued alerts about RBinary and www.rbinary.com.
The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission added RBinary to its list of foreign entities (https://www.cftc.gov/PressRoom/PressReleases/pr7551-17) that illegally solicit U.S. residents to trade binary options or FOREX.
