Fort Qu'Appelle Detachment is seeking the public's assistance in locating Kenneth "Rick" Shepherd who was reported missing from Fort Qu'Appelle. Rick was last seen on Saturday, June 20th.

He is described as 44 years old, 5'9 tall and 238 lbs. He was last wearing a blue "Reebok" sweater, black shirt, black pants and a black/yellow shoes. Has also has tattoos on his right hand and goes by the nickname "Buck Wild".
