One Arrested Following Weapons Offence

On Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at approximately 3:05 p.m., police were dispatched to a business in the 2200 block of Victoria Avenue East for a report of a weapons offence involving bear spray.


Officers arrived on scene and located multiple victims suffering from the effects of bear spray. EMS arrived and provided treatment on scene for those in need. One individual was transported to hospital for further assessment.


Yesterday morning, April 15, 2026, at approximately 10:10 a.m., police responded to a report of a suspicious person in the 1000 block of College Avenue. Upon arrival, officers located the female suspect in connection with the bear spray investigation and arrested her without incident.


As a result of this investigation,


Twenty-seven year-old Martina STONE, is charged with:


Robbery [CC 344(1)(B)].

STONE will make her first appearance on these charges in Regina Provincial Court this morning, April 16, 2026 at 9:30 a.m.
