How does my subscription help support local sports?

Each and every week SNN Sports takes ​50% of the proceeds from each subscription purchased and donates it to the teams or leagues in which you purchased the subscriptions from for their club or organization to use however they see fit. 

 

The other 50% is used by our non-profit to create local broadcast news & sports media jobs in underserved rural locations throughout Western Canada.  More info can be found here.

How do I cancel or unsubscribe from my current plan?

​

There are two ways to cancel your subscription on your own :

​

1) Click the button in the header that says Cancel Plan, this will take you to a list of your subscriptions.  You can select the subscription you want to cancel and click cancel. 

​

2) You can also click on the drop down menu in the right hand top corner on any page on this site, select My Subscriptions and from there you can manage your status of your plan.

I purchased my subscription on the wrong day when there were no games on the broadcast schedule, can I get a refund? 

​

Unfortunately no, it is up to you to read the broadcast schedule posted on the home page and plan accordingly.  Your plan is good for a minimum of 7 days, you will still be able to watch the game you intended to on the correct night it is scheduled for broadcast.

Why is my team's game is not being broadcast on SNN Sports PPV?

This may happen for a number of reasons, not limited to :

 

1) Crew and Equipment Availability.  As we try to cover as many games as possible, we are however limited to the amount of crew and equipment we have available from day to day so unfortunately there was not enough of either to add your team's game to our broadcast schedule.  As our non-profit grows we plan to add more equipment to our arsenal so we can hire more crew to cover more games.  You can expect 1-2 games per week included with an all access league pass.  Weekly games for individual team plans cannot be guaranteed due to schedule conflicts and crew availability.

​2) Venue Restrictions.  Some arenas do not allow live broadcasting due to privacy restrictions, contractual agreements, crew & staff safety, etc. ​

3) Safety of our Crew & Equipment.  The condition of the venue or lack of crowd control may disqualify your team or venue from having our crew safely broadcast your game from inside the venue.  A list of our venue safety requirements can be found here.

I purchased a 7 day subscription plan but I missed the game I intended to watch broadcast live, can I get a refund? 

​

Unfortunately no, you will however be able to watch any video your plan covers on demand as many times as you please over the next 7 day or however many days are left in your 7 day subscription.

There was a coupon code on the website but i didn't use it when I signed up for my subscription and now the deadline to use it has passed, can I get a refund so I can redeem the expired code after I watched the game I wanted to watch?

Unfortunately no, we do suggest signing up for our mailing list so that you do not miss another discount coupon code in the future!
