At approximately 3:40 a.m., November 4, 2020, Patrol members observed a black, 2005 Kia Sorento disobey a stop sign at Avenue D North and 35th Street West. A traffic stop was conducted and the vehicle pulled over, allowed a passenger to exit, and fled at a high rate of speed. He was quickly apprehended with the help of a Police Service Dog.
