The Town of Southey has introduced a new Residential New Builds Policy for 2026.

The purpose of this new policy is to provide and introduction to a tax incentive for new residential builds in the Town of Southey.

Incentives as follows:

Year one pays 0% Municipal Tax

Year two pays 50% Municipal Tax

Year three pays 75% Municipal Tax

Year four pays 100% Municipal Tax

Azairah Jayne Isbister-Daniels was last seen on December 24, 2025, but has had some contact with family as recently as January 1, 2026.
