  • 2 min read

This recall involves Hydromassage Rotary jets found in the following eight spa models from the 2023, 2024 and 2025 Highlife Collection spas. They are also sold as replacement parts. The model designator is the three letters in brackets after the model name.

Grandee (GGN)

Envoy (KKN)

Vanguard (VVN)

Aria (ARN)

Prodigy (HN)

Sovereign (IIN)

Jetsetter (JJN)

Jetsetter LX (JTN)

The serial number is located on the right side of the spa’s base pan. The model designator is at the beginning of the serial number. The serial number will either show a letter D or E. The three numbers following the letter indicates the spa production quarter.

If the serial number contains the letter D or E and the following production quarter three numbers, the spa jets are included in the recall: 422, 123, 223, 323, 423, 124, 224, 324, 424, 125, 225, 325, 425

The Hydromassage Rotary jet suction force can cause hair entanglement, posing a risk of entrapment and drowning hazards.

As of February 10, 2026, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada. In the United States, the company has received one incident report and no injuries.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product, turn off the affected Hydromassage Rotary jets by turning the jet face clockwise and contact Watkins Wellness for instructions on how to receive free replacement jet inserts.
